The earlier, the better! We recommend couples book a minimum of 6 months booking, but since we take on a limited number of full-service events per year, we tend to book up about a year in advance. Full-service wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and require a signed contract and deposit payment to book.

We structure our payments into two parts: the first third of your total investment is due as an initial deposit, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date.

Sample arrangements can be provided upon request and will be charged based on the arrangement cost. However, due to the nature of flowers and their seasonality, we cannot guarantee sample arrangements as an exact representation of your wedding day blooms.

We offer full access to our rental item catalog to all luxury wedding clients. Our inventory includes vases, urns, candle holders, a few arch options and more! Inquire for more details.

Generally, we only use vases from our inventory to ensure proper mechanics. Vessels supplied by the client will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are happy to install flowers with more oversized items (such as arches and signs) that clients may have provided or have rented from a rental company. Clients can also provide their candles. The Fuchsia Peony will not be responsible for the setup or teardown of any client-provided items.

There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to sorting through a budget for your wedding flowers. Our pricing depends on many factors including the complexity or size of the design, the specific blooms being used, number of arrangements, how big of a production team we will need for the day, etc. We like to remind clients they aren't just buying flowers but a unique art form that takes time, talent, and care to create. As a good rule of thumb, we suggest your floral budget account for 10-15% of your wedding budget. If, on the other hand, you are looking for Pinterest-worthy, abundant design, we suggest allocating 20-25% of your total wedding budget. Most couples with a guest count 150+ spend between $6,000-$8,000 on florals. It is important to remember that the budget is more or less based on your preferences.
